I called in seeking information about massage services. The person who answered the phone was clearly reading from a script as she answered. When I asked her about the services they offered, she went through a lengthy diatribe to describe only 3 different types of massage. When I asked about the one I really wanted (cranial sacral) she acted as though I was speaking Greek and didn't know what I was talking about. I couldn't get a word in edgewise as she went through her prepared comments. I was not impressed and would not consider patronizing the place.
Cons: poorly trained staff - didn't seem very intelligent or concerned
