Incompetence throughout - from the techs who repair by trial and error, to management who lie and make excuses for undue delays. My Samsung big screen television had problems, but I bought the extended warranty. Circuit City contracted with this company. After their initial 2 minute "diagnostic", they determined the problem to be a bad DMD board. Then they sat on the "warranty request" for a week, until I called. They had "authorization" the next day. When they came to install the part, it failed. Now a reorder. They had to get "authorization" again. They took the TV this time to "speed up" the repair - I'd get the set back in perfect working order...someday. A week later, no authorization - until the day after I called. The next week they finally received the part, and were "just about to install it". That part failed too. Then they discovered another bad board that required ordering.
