Incompetence throughout - from the techs who repair by trial and error, to management who lie and make excuses for undue delays. My Samsung big screen television had problems, but I bought the extended warranty. Circuit City contracted with this company. After their initial 2 minute "diagnostic", they determined the problem to be a bad DMD board. Then they sat on the "warranty request" for a week, until I called. They had "authorization" the next day. When they came to install the part, it failed. Now a reorder. They had to get "authorization" again. They took the TV this time to "speed up" the repair - I'd get the set back in perfect working order...someday. A week later, no authorization - until the day after I called. The next week they finally received the part, and were "just about to install it". That part failed too. Then they discovered another bad board that required ordering. Had to wait on authorization again. A week later, no authorization. After I called the war
