I have taken my dogs to the school several times. Usually they come back with a few bald spots and razor burn marks. But this last time, they cut a chunk of my dogs ear. They called to tell me at work, making it sound like it was no big deal. When I picked her up, same thing, I said how bad it looks, and they agreed and suggested that I take her to the vet. They never apologized. I had to have my mother in law take her to the vet, since it was in the middle if the work day. The vet called me at work and said they have to keep my dog and put her under general anesthesia to do a surgery to remove the extra flap of skin that was left, and sew the rest of it back up. I called the groomer to tell them what has happened, and they said that, those things happen when there are mattes in the hair. I said they were no mattes, and you didn't even trim her ears. The manager, or who ever it was, said that she was matted on her neck (which she wasn't). But again no apologies. I will not b
