I let my West Highland White Terrier grow out his coat so that we could get him clipped in a Westy cut for Christmas. \r

When I got to the shop I was shocked to see that my Westy had been shaved down with a Schnauzer cut. You've got to be really stupid to cut a pure white Westy into a Schnauzer cut and then have the nerve to make me pay for it. \r

I was in tears. I'll never go back again. They really dropped the ball and someone who did not know how to clip a dog did the work on my Westy instead of the Westy specialist that was supposed to.\r

Do yourself a favor and bypass this place.
