I have been there five times since I was having slight trouble with my vehicle and each of the five times I have noticed that the service reps looked over worked and stressed out, so much so that they nod their head to pretend they are actually listening to you. This is then followed by something that everyone seems to be getting nowadays, the lack of caring for someone else, it's spreading. Two out of the five visits took the entire day, from 7:30 to 5pm to get anything resolved.
