I was sent out with my truck at night MISSING a headlight. Thats just one of many problems we had with the truck from day one. It took calls to the GM of Larry Miller and Dodge just to get them to correct the vehicle and this was the day after I bought it! At Larry Miller once the sale is final, you are on your own!\r
\r
They also lie so beware. When buying a warranty they will claim you should buy the biggest one while you are doing the loan. They then claim you can always scale it back down for a pro-rated refund if it turns out you are not going to use it.\r
\r
We fell for this. We bought the 100K 7 year warranty and just called to scale it back down to 7 year 50K mile and get a refund as we dont plan to drive the truck much.\r
\r
Now of course we get ""we have no idea what you are talking about"". So I called sales and asked the sales man about the pro-rated thing on the warranties and he said ""you sure can, thats what we recommend people do!""\r
\r
So buyer beware....its all about ONE sale and then the customer is on their own. \r
\r
Dodge is ok but stay away from Larry Miller at all costs.
Cons: Not honest, does not honor warranty, poor service, poor sales
