One of my friends took his dog here. He used a different vet before that but he had retired so he had to find a new vet. When he started going there they never asked for his vet records or asked when the dog usually got it's yearly vaccines. After a year and a half going to this vet for random problems (teeth cleaning, goobering eye) they never brought up the issue of yearly vaccines. He went to them for months about his dog's eye watering/goobering and all they did was give him some ointment that didn't help. I told him to come to my vet to have a look. During my vet's exam (the once over he gives every dog before looking at any specific problem) he found a piece of grass stuck under the dog's eyelid. He wiped it out and tada no more goobering eye. He also looked at her mouth and noticed that they did clean some of the teeth but they did not extract any of the dead/infected ones.
