I'm looking for a new vet. This clinic was recommended to me from a few people in my neighborhood as we just relocated here. The vet was in and out very quickly and basically only...

Very expensive 3/15/2011

They are good vets. BUT they are very very very overpriced. VERY! They helped me with a dog that had terrible problems and he was able to make a full recovery but, for small things like vaccinations and check-ups. Go elsewhere. more

Bad advertising?????? 8/30/2010

We needed to find a vet because our dog had a problem. After looking on the internet, we decided to go to VCA All Creatures Animal Hospital because they were close to our home and also had a new patient free exam. The "free" exam ended up costing us $118 after a quick look at the dog and a couple of minutes chat. That total included $25 for medicine which we totally understand. The recommendation is for us to have our dog's tooth removed to the tune of $418.00! I'm sorry but my dentist doesn't even charge that much for a tooth removal. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that place! more

go somewhere else 4/14/2008

One of my friends took his dog here. He used a different vet before that but he had retired so he had to find a new vet. When he started going there they never asked for his vet records or asked when the dog usually got it's yearly vaccines. After a year and a half going to this vet for random problems (teeth cleaning, goobering eye) they never brought up the issue of yearly vaccines. He went to them for months about his dog's eye watering/goobering and all they did was give him some ointment that didn't help. I told him to come to my vet to have a look. During my vet's exam (the once over he gives every dog before looking at any specific problem) he found a piece of grass stuck under the dog's eyelid. He wiped it out and tada no more goobering eye. He also looked at her mouth and noticed that they did clean some of the teeth but they did not extract any of the dead/infected ones. The dog had to undergo another anesthesia procedure to remove the rotting tooth roots from her mo more

Not that great 9/12/2006

I'm looking for a new vet. This clinic was recommended to me from a few people in my neighborhood as we just relocated here. The vet was in and out very quickly and basically only confirmed the diagnoses my husband had already made. Even though my dog was diagnosed with a genetic condition that usually affects both legs, the vet didn't even so much as glance at the other leg. In fact, she really barely looked at the leg that was injured. They are obviously much more concerned with making money than giving quality care. VCA is Great 6/8/2006

VCA All Creatures Animal Hospital is a great place to take your animal. The Doctors and Staff are very nice and treat your pet like their own. We take our dog there and he is so happy he gives his vet kisses and he is a pretty mellow dog. I would highly recomend them! more

Spent Lots of Money here. 11/17/2005

As far as check-ups go, they are great. We had a dog that had something growing in her foot, anyway they after a long period of testing, they amputated her leg. And put her on very expensive medicine. The infection ended up getting into her lungs, so more & more tests and more and more money. She ended up dying not too long after the amputation. And a year later they called to remind us that it was time for her checkup, and we had told them that she died. Update your records. more

Great with Pets 9/6/2005

VCA is a great place to take pets for both routine check-ups and problems. The staff and vets are friendly and knowledgable. Even our dog, who hates going anywhere, does fine with the employees. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable for top quality service. If you care about your pet, you can't go wrong with VCA. PROS: Great staff and clean facilities CONS: more
