I am a Past tenant of one of their properties and trust me do not rent from them! I was a very good tenant I was never late on rent usually I was a month in advance. When we moved in the place was filthy! My carpets were Sickening and their carpet cleaner is the worst person to deal with. NEVER NEVER NEVER. Once a year they inspect the units, Every 3 months they will bring you one 30 day filter for your ac/heater. If you are a drunk or druggie or slam your doors and destroy the units or you are constantly late on your rent you will not be evicted for a year. How lucky are these people? So if you are an owner and want some one to manage your property do NOT choose Sun Country. They will give cheaper rates to newer tenants. They will not evict tenants that are causing ruckus, Or late on rent numerous times. They would very much rather get rid of the good non violent tenants.
