The company bought out many local owners, evicted many long time residents, gutted buildings, and turned them into condos and high-priced rentals. They then charged many of the long time residents (2-10 years) with damages (under California Laws should be normal wear and tear after just 2 years). The costs that were charged to the residents were then put towards the "repair" of the newly remodeled condos. This shows a common disrespect for their tenants, and were quick to alter people's lives for their corporate gain. An experience that taught many that Sun Country Property Management may thrive off of higher than normal rents and improperly assessed move out charges.
PROS:
CONS: They are Owner Oriented, and not Renter Oriented
