I sent them a pair of Oster clippers to repair and they told me to send the charger with the clippers. They called a couple of days after receiving them to tell me they were fixed. I gave them my credit card # and they sent them back to me. They sent them via regular mail so it took several days to get them back to me but that was still ok. I received them on a Friday and when I opened the box my charger was not in the box. I called them on Monday and Ashley said she would find the charger and send it to me. I called them a couple days later and they said they had not found them yet but would get a charger and call me as to notify me they were shipping it. Of course no one called so I called back the next day and got George, he told me he would check it out and call me back that day. You guessed it he did not call me back. So Friday morning 4/4/08 I called and talked Ashley and she said they could not find the charger. She said she would have to get on ebay to see if she could find one but they were getting slammed and she did not have time to do that now. I said I guess that means I will just be without clippers because of their mistake and she said yes. I asked for the owner and she said he was Bill but I had to talk to him on Monday as she hung up on me. DON'T THINK THIS IS A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO USE TO WORK ON YOUR SHAVERS OR APPLIANCES.
