My experience here was very...different. The staff was ok with my animals but not so much with me, the client. The receptionists shrugged me off when I had questions and were downright rude to me. On one occasion I could hear a docter yelling at one of the other nurses and I was appalled at the lack of professionalism. I don't know, from what I saw they treated my animal exceptionally well but they weren't very nice to me, and the overall personality of the hospital made me feel uncomfortable. But, my dog was feeling better in no time. That counts for something, right?
