I have never been treated so poorly at a salon, they cancel appointmnets at the last minute and offer no apology, and when called in about being unhappy about my hair color the receptionist argued with me and blamed it on me and the shampoo I was using, I don't think so, it's called not leavign the color on for long enough for it to fully process, not my shampoo. If you want to have to schedule appoitments 6 weeks in advance and then have them cancel your appointment the day of then this is the place for you. Their are too many other good salons in Marblehead to go to and that will treat you nicely. p.s. you are NOT BLISS IN NYC give me a break they treat you better at Bliss in NYC and they deserve the right to have an attitdue they are good.
