I have been a customer of Bliss for a long time but my last experience will be the last one! They have canceled on me last minute, and charge WAY too much for their products and service. Over the past year I have seen many new employees and a lot of the girls that worked there for a long time have moved on. I tried to stick it out but in the end, they don't care about their customers and only want $ MONEY $ ! \r
On my last appointment I was booked with the owner Kim. After being greeted by what I beleive is at least their 10 receptionist this year, I was brought over to have my hair wash. It was washed by one of the assistance and then she sat me down in the chair. After about 15 minutes I noticed the owner on her cell phone. I then became agravted because it was obvious that it was not business holding her up. About 5 minutes later she came over, never apologizing for having me wait, didn't say more than two words to me and began to cut my hair. She did comment that I needed some color work done but that was basically it for conversation. She then walked away and about 10 minutes later a different assistant came for my blowdry. After she finished I went up to the counter and they rang me up $70 for what was in my opinion, the worst customer service I have ever received. In a time that the economy is tough, I can surely find a business that will appreciate not only my money but me as a customer. This place in my opinion has ""very poor"" customer service and ownership!
