A friend had used Travel Network several years ago (under different management) and recommended this agency to me. I made an appointment and met with Brian about a trip I was planning. My first doubts came when he yawned most of the time I was there. I was not sure if he found me boring or was tired himself....but not a great way to start! He told me he would e-mail me some information, but I never received it. So, I called and never got any calls back. Then, after a week, I called again and was told the computers were down, then Brian was out of town, then they were taking care of some groups and would be sure to get back to me with information. I e-mailed again two more times and called several times after that. NO RESPONSE!!!!! I read what others have written recently about the poor customer service and I agree 100%. Every potential client should be treated with respect and common courtesy. Travel Network has not learned this.....do not waste your time. Bad experience!
