We used Trinity Carpet to do the flooring in our home. We had excellent customer service, fast installation, they even vacuumed and made sure everything was perfect. We only have good things to say about everything this company did for us from start to finish. In a very timely fashion. \r

I have a friend who had her flooring done by Trinity Carpet and she had an issue with the floor and the Owner of the company actually called her immediately and rectified the concern. She highly reccomended them to me. She was very impressed and happy with the company and said she would definentely use them again and reccomend them to anyone. That is why we hired them. \r

When I went to write my experience I was surprised to see the negative feedback, surely this wasn't the same company that we delt with. I am surprised by what others said about them. I would highly reccomend them and would say to anyone, enjoy the reasonable prices and same experience we had. \r
