I got a call from them on April 4th and when I answered my phone the guy just said he was ""Ken"" and wanted to talk to Joseph. I asked who it was and he just kept on saying he was Ken and needed to talk to Joseph. I told him that I'm Joseph and how could I help. He was instantly rude and was asking me how I was going to handle this problem of a $10,000 + hospital bill I have and wanted credi card #'s and everything. I told him I'm hardly making it paycheck to paycheck and I have nothing to give at the moment. He then rudely followed up with ""Well we've just established you're employed so how are we hadleing this?"". I had to tell him again that i couldn't do anything right now. This went back and forth for about 10 min and they eventually hung up on me. I think it was because I couldn't give them wated. I called back the next day to get info from them--info like who they are, where they are so I could mail a check, etc. They then told me that they wouldn't give me any of that info because they don't just give it to any stranger who calls. AAAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! Needless to say, that go me a little...angry. All I wasnted was to know who I was talking to. NOTHING!!! Because they kept on hanging up on me we went back and forth like this for about 15-20 min. I was HORRIBLE!!!!!
