I have lived at Colonial Grand @ Shiloh now for 2 years. The hands have changed a few times as far as ownership goes and the maintanace has had some issues more so recently, but I would recommend this complex for a move. The office staff is always really nice and my neighbors have been enjoyable. I rent a one bedroom apartment and its just enough for me and an occassional visitor. I would not recommend the smaller one bedrooms for couples or animal owners, look for the larger one bedroom +. The pools are both nice in the summer and there is rairly anyone there in the evenings. Reguardless of negative reviews you have read there are some that enjoy this place a lot. Just keep in mind you are sharing the locations with many other families and college kids.
Pros: Excellent Location, Close to KSU, Shopping, and I-75
Cons: Poor maintenance and limited parking late at night.
