I tried this company instead of an independent technician for my last computer malfunction to see whether they would have a better service. First, they charge almost twice as much as an independent technician. They charge $70 an hour whereas an independent technician would charge you only $40/hr. The send help fast but the guy they sent to me did not finish the job and had to come back after I complained. The guy had some attitude. Worse, he had to borrow tools from me as he did not bring any. At least an independent tech would care more about the quality of his work. Now I have to hire another tech to finish everything.
