House was delayed for almost 1 year, no cable in neighborhood after 2 years! POA is non-existent, everything promised for a POA is not there. They do not abide by their own POA. Were told of many problems while home was being built, only to see them uncorrected at closing, delayed another 2 weeks. Would not correct major problems, ALWAYS stated ""if you do not like it, we will let you out of your contract""!!!! This was stated to MANY home buyers. Had to hire private inspector before closing. After 1 year even though they repaired the same items numerous times, refused to do anymore work. Was told to contact home warranty. Which by the way is useless. Document document document, hire inspector, try to be onsite as much as possible (I built from out of state). They change employees like I changes socks also. No one there can be trusted.
