Dr Wright has been seeing my poodle, Nina, for a year and a half. He diagnosed her with a grade 5 heart murmur, undiagnosed by her previous vet. Put her on enalapril and she did well. A little cough every now and then, nothing to be alarmed about, he said this would happen. But this past Feb she began coughing so bad that she couldn't rest, I took her back to Wright and he put her on lasix. I asked him then, ""how much time does she have"", he said maybe a year or two. Well, she has become progresivly worse since then.
