I am a grad student and I really needed movers but could not afford most places I called. I saw a flier at my apartment complex and decided to give them a call. The people on the phone were very friendly and I heard the price and wondered whats the catch. She said no catch and I scheduled. Afterwards, but before my move, I came to this cite and read how bad an experience others had with this company. I called to ask about the complaints and I spoke to the owner, Develynne Camack. He informed me that they moved 545 customers in 2007 and that he assured me they had a 99% customer satisfaction rating and unfortunately those who like the work rarely take the time to write a rewiew. I told him I was going to trust him and write a review wether it was good or bad. The movers were scheduled for 9 AM. They arrived about 9:15 which once I read the contract I saw that they asked for a window between 8-10 to arrive. So they weren't late but if I didn't read the contract I would have thought they were. The move went great. I didn't have alot of stuff but it was more than I could move. They moved my apartment in less than 3 hours and I was completely pleased. They could not have done a better job. True my move was small but I promised I would write a review one way or the other. I recommend them highly.
