This isn't a true review because I've never actually met the Dr. but his staff is incredibly rude and incompetent! I went there to get flea meds for my dog; they wanted me to fill out an application including my social security number! (Hello! I can get the meds over the 'net or at Petco) I refused to give them my SS# and they made a big stink about it. I had a voucher for 1 free month of Frontline Plus with the purchase of 6 months from the vet and they refused to take it! They also refused to sign the paperwork--I had to go back the next day and try and get them to sign it. They also wanted to take my insurance papers and fax them to insurance themselves and get paid directly! (That's not the way it works--I pay 100%, fax in papers and get reimbursed) Suffice it to say, I never received my free month of meds and the front staff are a bunch of ""know it all's"" who are just office workers--NOT vet techs who dispense their own opinions on everything from medication to operations! (They even bad talk the medications that the Dr. prescibes!) I would never give Dr. Krivoy my time because it would take forever to get to him after the horrible experience with his staff.
