Go Fit is an awesome 3 week workout! Whenever I feel like I need to step-up my workout routine, I know Go Fit Bootcamp will do the trick! I love the teamwork and friendships that develop over the three week bootcamp. Go Fit is a great way to learn new outdoor workouts.
