GO Fit's boot camp is a great way to jump start your morning...and your fitness routine. I did the 3-week 5:45am camp last summer and I'm doing it again this summer. The initial shock of waking up so early wears off quickly and is replaced by anticipation and excitement of the morning's routine. Each day offers a different type of workout - from running, to hill sprints, to pushups, to relay races in the sand volleyball court - so it never becomes repetitive or mundane. Best of all you DO see results after 3-weeks. So if you are looking for a way to boost your current fitness routine, or if you are just getting started, I highly recommend this boot camp!
