I have had more billing trouble with this office than any other office I have dealt with, and on top of that, have been treated very poorly in trying to sort out billing issues. I have been yelled at by billers and office managers from issues that were ultimately those of the office. They have overcharged me on three occasions, even though I am an in-network patient and they already billed my insurance. I have also had issues with them writing prescriptions and have had to call them three months in a row to get a refill that I was promised would be sorted out each time. I scheduled an early morning appointment to avoid a wait, and ended up waiting for more than an hour before I was seen by a doctor.
