I have had good technicians at Moda, but I must agree with prior comments - not that the front desk staff was rude (they are a little immature and overly giddy with each other) but they are untrained (this is where the management staff needs to take note!) My first experience - 1 showed up and they told me I didn't have an appointment - after I had a saved message on my cell phone from them the day before confirming (????), the second time I scheduled 3 services that needed to be completed in a particular order and again, the front desk staff did not book the services in the proper order therefore I couldn't get all of my services (and was not compensated or even approached by the management in any way for my inconvenience - a verbal apology was all I was looking for) and thirdly, they made my last appointment for a man/ped with Monique (who is incredible) at a time on a day when the spa was not open!!! Pros: Very capable technicians, good location, nice facility Cons: Inexperienced front desk staff, indifferent management more
