I found the Best Guys while searching on the internet. I selected this facility because it was "family owned." I wanted to have installed a backup camera/sensors to be interfaced with my existing monitor in my Mitsubishi Galant. I drove out 30 miles and met Doug. He was friendly and I advised him of what I wanted. He made a few calls on my behalf on the items I mentioned while I waited. He told me he needed to do some research, took my phone number and would get back to me. Exactly one week later, I noticed I missed a call on my cell phone. The number looked familiar, so I compared it to Best Guys business number. And sure enough, a call was placed to my phone "one" week later with NO message from Best Guys. I was very disappointed to learn that not only it took one week for Best Guys to call me back, but to call me and not even leave a message. So much for supporting family owned businesses. As a small business owner myself, I know how it is important to maintain customer relations and service. I was not impressed and would not recommend this company. Pros: Family Owned Cons: Poor customer service/relations. No follow through. more
