I have been to several day spa's in Birmingham as well as other cities. I went for a half-day and found it appalling that the "guest" isn't lead through a peaceful coridor in the back...No...I was lead right by the front doors in a robe while being galked at by a few young boys. I went on Christmas Eve which was chilly and I froze in the waiting area that is right next to the windows. They have a small fireplace but it wasn't even on...why even have it?!? My massage was up first (it was horrible) and a punk-rock chick with 6 different colors in her hair was my masseuse. I'm not one to judge but come on...the staff needs a little lesson in grooming and appearance. While there, I noticed that most of the staff ran around gossiping and bitching right in front of everyone...not peaceful at all.To top it all off the hot tub was broken.\r

Now for the good: I had a sandwhich and fresh fruit that was AMAZING...I guess that's the.only thing I enjoyed.\r
