Good: Nice busy attractive spa. Front desk was a bit of confusion. Checking in was not the best greeting for a couple who has not been there before. Four people behind the counter all fumbling over each other and not catering to the customer, or at least us the couple spending $500.00. Not what we expected, not a good impression. We were getting nervous. Wife was attended to by spa employee. I was told where the locker room was use a four digit code and what I need will be in the locker. (not). Bad: No personal catering to the male, me. Used the locker undressed only to find a towel wrap in the locker. NO ROBE! Looked in all lockers no robes just towel wraps. Just happen to see robe in basket on top of lockers. No help in setting the steam room, operation of the hot tub, nothing. The spa rules said don't enter spa if temp is 104 degrees. Did not see the temp gauge to know the difference. Wow a big let down in getting comfortable with the facilities. Nothing offered to me to drink? Didn't know too.. Improvements: Treat males the same as you do your women, pamper us as well. Since we are paying for it. Anyway, I got over it, sort of. Nobody offered me a drink. I asked after my facial and some what de-hydrated, from the steam rm. She was nice enough to get it but had to ask her. My wifes tech. asked her if she wanted something to drink, n got it. There was no follow up when we were leaving, nothing. Yes we were asked did we enjoy it and we said yes. Because we did! The owner should be more visisble to the customers.. Other: Services rendered, over all were great. The facial's were to die for, great work. De-hydration was not from the facial but the combination of steam room and facial, etc.
All and all we liked the services, but would like to see the male's pampared as well from the time we enter the door to the time we leave. Especially if they have purchased a spa package. The food was great as well..
