We arrived and The hostess sat us right away. Then No one acknowledged us for at least ten minutes, And that was only because we had to get up and ask for someone to come to our table. By the time we were asked if we wanted water at least 15 minutes had bone by. When the waitress did come by she just asked us if we wanted water and then walked away, we wanted to order drinks appetizers and our dinner at that time. Our waitress had an attitude. Our Waitress did not ask us for our order for another 20 minutes. Our appetizers took forever and were cold. We spoke to the Owner to complain and we never got replacement appetizers he also told us that he would speak to the waitress about her attitude. She came back even angrier, her attitude was worse and she visited our table even less infrequently. I ordered the Lemon Butter Chicken, the chicken was good, the Veggies were still partly frozen and the Wild rice was actually Mexican rice. When the bill came we spoke to the owner again because of the attitude of our waitress and the cold food. We asked for a discount on the appetizer and he said that after we complained the first time he went to look at the schedule and his waitress took to long because of the shift change. And he could not give us a discount or compensate us for the cold food or bad service. As the owner of a restaurant, my Customers are #1!! We take Customer service as priority and if for some reason there is something wrong with food we completely replace the entire meal or it is free. I would not recommend Blu Razz to Anyone! Pros: The guys who cleaned the tables were pleasant Cons: horrible service and cold food more
