Trying to deal with Loud Security has been a nightmare. Their alarm systems malfunctioned repeatedly. The police were constantly wasting their time running back and forth because Loud Security refused to ever repair their system in my house. When I called their office for help they just argued with me. When I tried to rid myself of this nonsense they just reminded me I was trapped in a THREE YEAR CONTRACT. Eventhough they were never able to fix the system they wouldn't stop charging me. The hack office manager, Karissa Peffer, was rude and arrogant whenever I tried to work with this place. Customer service was a joke. Look at the post on this website from 3/1/2008 by windere1. That is a LOUD Security employee, Eric Widner, posing as a customer! Unbelieable that THE ONLY positive review Loud Security got was their own empoyee. STAW AWAY FROM LOUD SECURITY! There are many reputable security systems to deal with who actually have a professional staff (not just their own family members) and a history of ethical business practices.
