III Forks was recommended to me by a friend in Dallas and I decided to make it the venue of a special occasion between me and a couple of good friends. I was left extremely satisfied with everything III Forks had to offer. The amience was elegant, accented by dim lights and dark woods. The posh interior was offset by the friendly, unpretentious staff. The service was exceptional. We were sat immediately, even with an incomplete party. Our server waited on us hand-and-foot. We were never left wanting. The support staff (hostess/busboys) did their jobs very well. Drinks stayed full and their attentiveness never felt intrusive. The bartenders make a great top-shelf margarita. Dinner was excellent. TRY the bacon-wrapped scallops! My main course was the New York strip, preared Rare. The steak was cooked perfectly and its flavor was robust and satisfying to say the least. The desserts were superb. Our table split the bread pudding topped with cinnamon ice cream. Did I mention the service was excellent? The general manager stopped by twice just to check on things; an excellent sign that the customers are being taken care of. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restaurant to those who appreciate good service, a break from the ""get in and get out"" mentality that has consumed America's restaurant culture.
Pros: Great Service, Great food
