I eat at Miyako's at least once a week, because after trying every Japanese restaurant in a 20 mile radius, Miyako's has the best sushi I've found. Every other restaurant seems to think simply frying a roll makes it ""special"" while Miyako's has new innovative rolls every couple of months that utilize fresh ingredients and unique inspirations. And when Miyako's does tempura a roll, like their amazing Rock 'n' Roll, they are skilled enough to do it without cooking the fish through. My favorite roll is their ""Wasabi Rainbow Roll"" which features a variety of fresh fish and a wasabi-based sauce drizzled on top. Also, try their soups and chicken teriyaki!\r
