The technician answered the phone three times during the treatment procedure, leaving me unattended. Shahala Wittemore did not remove or replace her gloves in-between answering the phone and returning to the treatment station. I waited 15 minutes for her to show up for the appointment. A sign instructed me to wait in the waiting room, which was locked. Her manner was brusque, perfunctory, and not professional. I declined to go back to the spa for the secondary follow-up treatment, and was not offered a refund. The carpet of the treatment room was stained and filthy. The blanket on the treatment table was wrinkled and had obviously been used several times. The pillow case was not fresh or clean. There were unopened food and beverage containers in the treatment room.
