I've eaten there a half-dozen times. The food is fine.. the pizza is indeed less heavy but has a good taste. So you don't suffer from cheese coma or have to drink 10 glasses of water from all the salt.\r

I'm writing the review because out of the few times I've been there, they've lost my order twice. After waiting for 45 minutes in the restaurant, I have to bring them my receipt and ask for my pizza. The first time they had forgotten to cook it, the second (and last time) they had put it in a to-go box (despite it being a dine-in order) and let it sit while I waited for an hour. Then they had the nerve to put the cold pizza in a box in front of me with two plates and a drink in a plastic cup, and tell me ""sorry someone put it in a box."" No offer to rewarm it. No ""jeez sorry you waited an hour, here's your money back, please come again"".\r

I've been to many national chains, and their order taking system is pothead-proof, and they know they have to make good when they screw up. This place won't continue to grow if they treat their customers as disposable. I'm never going back.
