We recently moved into waters edge. We have many lots with direct view of our home. They are dirty. We have 4 empty lots across from our house and was working in our yard we parked a car directly across from our house on the street. It started raining and we ran inside they had my car towed. We called them and they said fax it to them. They said we can only park in designated area's but they can't tell you were that is.. The Management is very rude and yells at you and only answer is fax them. I pay them to live in the development and they treat you like a second rate citizen. With out our homeowners paying them they wouldn't have a job. They need to learn how to treat people with respect. The funny thing is they said they notified everyone where they can park. The fax they sent me today was the first time we ever seen it. So we can't even have friends and family over. Wow what luxury for all the money we spent on this house. So if anyone is buying into a location where they manage it don't do it. Biggest mistake I have ever made was moving here.
