Unanimously hated by the entire neighborhood. Unresponsive to requests (even simple ones). The only contact I've had with them is my quarterly letter to pressure wash my driveway (even though it was just done). I'm paying more than $1,000 a year for this? more

This by far is the worst of the worst managment companies I have seen. They collect your fees and tell you that your building cant be pressure washed because neighbors are not paying assessments. Every response blames the homeowners and leaves them with a grammy for perfect B.S. This company is rude, unethical, and mentally retarded to the concept of fair business practices. Worst off they brainwash the board to keep them under contract until a true Hellraising Homeowner reports this bad mangement to the board members and provide proof of how unaccountable and irresponsible this company really is. Cons: They get paid to do nothing more

We recently moved into waters edge. We have many lots with direct view of our home. They are dirty. We have 4 empty lots across from our house and was working in our yard we parked a car directly across from our house on the street. It started raining and we ran inside they had my car towed. We called them and they said fax it to them. They said we can only park in designated area's but they can't tell you were that is.. The Management is very rude and yells at you and only answer is fax them. I pay them to live in the development and they treat you like a second rate citizen. With out our homeowners paying them they wouldn't have a job. They need to learn how to treat people with respect. The funny thing is they said they notified everyone where they can park. The fax they sent me today was the first time we ever seen it. So we can't even have friends and family over. Wow what luxury for all the money we spent on this house. So if anyone is buying into a location where they manage it don't do it. Biggest mistake I have ever made was moving here. more

This management company is awful. Noone is ever there to answer the phone and when you do get someone your told that your request will be completed in 48 hours. What is that. The common areas landscaping is horrible. Check out a Melrose Managed community for yourself and see what I mean. more
