I think dinners have better food and friendlier atmospheres than most of the franchised three and four star restaurants. This place was something else, I don't know what but it wasn't good. I grew up in northeast Philly, and was in Chichester with some of my high school friends. We asked a kid working at the Walmart there if he knew of any really good dinners. So we drove to Tom Jones, thinking that if its named after the singer its gotta be great. So wrong. I walked in and I was amazed at how little space there was for the non-smokers and at the fact that the smoke drifted over to the other side regardless of the intake fans. I
