I have seen your commercials on TV over the past week. They come on a lot and it seemed they were talking right to me! So this morning I contacted Tech Service 2 u about my home PC. I spoke with a delightful young lady, I don?t recall her name but she was great. I explained my problem and my goal.\r

I was sure that it was going to be a week at least before someone would get out to help my. But she surprised me and said someone could be at my home this afternoon!\r
She gave me a time frame between 2 and 4PM and said that if the tech was available sooner that they would come out.\r

I was thrilled!\r
\r
Tony was the tech that showed up. He was very nice, very professional and very willing to let myself and my daughter ask him a million questions as he worked.\r
\r
Regardless of the service provided it is always a little stressful to have a stranger enter ones home. Tony?s professionalism eased that stress.\r
\r
I will return to Tech Service T U for all my of my computer needs.\r
