I was introduced to this studio during the ""Go Red for Women"" event, where the owner had setup a small booth supporting the event and this important cause. Subsequently, I attended a Pilates class for the very first time; everything was wonderful about the experience. The studio is beautiful, warm and professionally run. I felt that the instructor that worked with me, took extra time to learn about me and to ensure that I was performing the exercises correctly. Surprisingly, I felt better than I had for many, many years. The workout was challenging and afterwards I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. \r

As a business executive where pressures of the job (especially in the gaming industry) are so intense, it is comforting and refreshing to know that I now have a great alternative in Pilates to help maintain my health and diminish the accumulated stress of weekly anxieties.
