I was in Brennan's last Saturday to inquire on an order for my bridesmaids. I had previously spoke with the designer who informed me my order was in transit and there were no problems with the account. When I explained that I was a concerned customer, the vendor told me they knew nothing of the problem which makes me feel so much better. While I was in the store Saturday the two girls at the counter gave me a tracking number and assurred me I was in good hands. I think alot of upset people have fueled the fire to make a whole lot of unhapy people. I feel like the Brennan's staff will do their best to appease everyone as quickly as they can and ya know what, I would keep the phone disconnected too if I had people yelling every day! Some of those brides in line were scarey! I don't think anyone will get their way any quicker being rude. Brennan's has taken a downfall, but hopefully everything will turn out fine. The store has been around forever and things have to get bad before they can get good:-) Hopefully this is a little reassuring to you other brides out there!
