Horrible Customer Service 3/9/2008

The food is good but absolutely not worth the frustration. We phoned in a take out order and were told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the restaurant-30 minutes later- we were told to have a seat the order wasn't ready yet. After 25 minutes we approached the counter to ask why our order still wasn't ready. We were greeted with quite an attitude from the cashier and Matteo. We were not the only people in line this evening not happy about the service, but the staff does not care. Ten minutes later when our pizza was finally ready we were again greeted with an attitude. We decided to let them keep the pizza and proceeded on to another restaurant for our dinner. We have eaten at Dom Di Carlos on many occasions, and this situation has happened once before. We thought that maybe they had a bad night. But after this last experience we will not be returning.
