I can sum it up by saying, you get what you pay for. I initially chose Park Sports because they had the lowest consultation fee - $130 as opposed to $180/$200 in Manhattan. At the time I booked my appointment I didn't have health insurance. I was seeking physical therapy because of a running related knee injury. I can't say much of the facilities like the last reviewer commented, as my appointment was at their 6th Avenue/21st St location. It was pretty run down, nothing like the office featured on their website. Equipment looked dated. I met with Boris who accurately diagnosed my problem. And then I was off to do exercises. He stayed with me for about 2/3rds of the time I was there, while simultaneously working with another patient. I wasn't receiving the individual care that I'm accustomed to receiving with prior physical therapists I worked with. At the end of my session, my knees were iced and plugged into an electrical impulse machine. Some other person unplugged me, not Boris. And then I was left to fend for myself. Boris never checked in on me. I had to find him and ask him if we were done/through?
Pros: If you live next door, this is conveneint for you.
Cons: Service, Care, Facilities.
