Wait times are very long. And the company is so bad even a doctor over there is planning to see patients outside of the office. Plus, their billing dept is the worst. That's probably why they've decided to go someplace else to do their billing. I kept getting told that I would receive my overpayment in 2 weeks. they kept saying 2 weeks, well it's been 3 months now and I haven't received it. 2 weeks before I did this review, I left a voice mail and never got a call back. I sent emails, no response. I tried leaving another message and the voice mail was full. I tried calling the Dir of Operations, the phone just kept ringing. So, go somewhere else!
