I have been going to Details for several years and have been through many stylists there. The ones I really like end up leaving (Nesreen, Kylie). My last visit 6 months ago I left looking a chop job. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and gave me her ""signature"" hair cut. I swore I would not go back but decided to give them another try with another stylist who was a little higher priced than I normally like to pay. In a nutshell, the next day my co-worker asks, ""Did you cut your bangs again?"" Out of sheer embarrassment that I would even waste $40 to look like I do right now, I told her ""yes."" Back to growing out another bad cut. In addition, I don't like the new approach the stylists take to sell you every product they use on your hair.
