I was initially pleased with the service there. I was a loyal client for several months. From time to time my stylist would be running late & would ask me if I could accommodate her schedule & come back later. I always was gracious & obliged. Then, one day I called & said I was running late 15 minutes & if it was still ok to come in. The receptionist said no problem...when I get there however the story changed & was told to reschedule for another day. So much for good communication & fairness. I am looking for another salon that truly values their clients. Pros: great location & ambience Cons: for what you pay for service, they stink at customer service & valuing a client more
