The state regulations are so minimal that Michael Vick probably would have passed inspections. The facts are the facts and the innocent animals are suffering. Horrid cages, animals eat, lay & sleep in their own urine & feces. Animals get no socialization or excersise, no fresh air and no love. They are god creatures and they are living beings. Some normal animals activity like walks, play and socialization would make a huge differnce.
