I would not recommend Tender Lawn Care to anyone. Normally, I'm very pleased with all the companies I do business with, however I have not been pleased with Tender Lawn Care for several reasons. First, I wasn't pleased with the actual attention to detail of the technicians. They left areas of my lawn untreated, which is very hard to do given how small my lot is. They covered the major sections but did not walk the whole yard which would have taken an extra 2 minutes. Second with the drought I called to cancel service, but they were able to convince me not to cancel based on the persistence that I not cancel. Instead I told them I wanted to halt all future applications until we started to get rain again. Instead they came to my property two more times without consent. At which point I was not pleased and canceled service without listening to their pressure tactics. Now after several months of happily not receiving service I was contacted by a debt collector on behalf of Tender Lawn Care. Needless to say I'm not paying for the two times they came out, but it will be more aggrevation to deal with. So this is my reason for putting this negative post. I hope my circumstance is an annomoly, but I thought I should mention it. Lastly, I've received quotes by several other companies all at lower prices than Tender Lawn Care.
Pros: Professional looking van, signage and invoices were consistent.
Cons: Incomplete service. A little high on their price. Pressure tactics to keep customers.
